Here’s How It Works

I completely understand that leaving your cat with someone new can feel a little nerve-wracking especially if you’ve never used a cat sitter before. That’s why I’ve made the process simple, clear, and completely tailored to your cat’s routine.

Here’s what you can expect:

What is Cat Sitting?

Cat sitting is a stress-free alternative to catteries or boarding. Instead of moving your cat to a new, unfamiliar environment, I come to your home while you’re away. Cats are happiest in their own space surrounded by their usual smells, routines, and comfy napping spots.

During each visit (20-25 mins), I’ll:

  • Feed your cat(s) and refresh water
  • Clean the litter tray
  • Give cuddles, playtime, or space, whatever your cat prefers!
  • Send photo or video updates to give you peace of mind
  • Water plants or take in post if needed

My Process

Here’s how it all works, step by step:

1. Get in Touch

Send me a message on Instagram, TikTok, or Whatsapp, or fill out the contact form. Please include your postcode, the dates you’ll need visits, and a little bit about your cat(s).

2. Booking & Payment

Once we confirm the details and availability, I’ll send over your booking details and payment info. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed and your dates are secured.

3. Free Meet & Greet

Before you go away, I’ll pop by to meet you and your cat(s) in person. We’ll go over their routine, any specific needs, and I’ll collect a spare key.

A parking permit must also be arranged if necessary.

4. While You’re Away

I’ll carry out all agreed visits, keep your cat happy and cared for, and send you regular updates so you can relax and enjoy your time away.

5. Key Return

After the booking, I’ll return your key at a time that works for you.

How to Book

You can book in two easy ways:

When you get in touch, please include:

  • Your Name
  • Your address (including postcode)
  • Contact number (phone)
  • Dates you will be away
  • Number of visits required
  • Which slots: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
  • Number of cats
  • Any special requirements

I recommend booking early as holiday periods fill up fast!
